Laser Cutting
Our laser cutter is one of a few in use at screen-printing operations in the Pacific-Northwest. This technology provides our customers the ability to cut labels and overlays where the quantity, schedule or material web thickness prohibits the use of die cutting. In addition to using it in conjunction with our screen-printing processes, we are also able to cut and/or laser-etch a variety of materials such as acrylic, glass, leather, cork, polycarbonate, polyester and vinyl. Typical applications included short-run production, prototyping, assembly fixtures and insulators. We can laser cut products to within +/- .005

Die Cutting
We die cut most of the screen-printed products we produce. It remains the most cost-effective and flexible method for profiling parts. In addition to die cutting the screen products we produce, we also die cut EMI filters, gaskets, insulators, seals and selective adhesive backings.

Embossing
Embossing is a process that uses the combination of a forming die, pressure and heat to permanently form either polycarbonate or polyester. The typical uses are for domed or formed keys on membrane keyboards; raised symbols or raised and clear lenses for LED indicators.
